These chunky gooey brownies are a Nutella-lovers dream. Filled with Ferrero Rochers in every bite, you’ll want more and more.
Tempted to try?
I’m clearly addicted to brownies, it’s my favourite dessert. I have a soft spot for Nutella & Ferrero Rocher. Just the combination of chocolate and hazelnuts is the BEST EVER!
I’ve experimented with different types of brownie recipes but my most popular so far are my Low Carb Keto Brownies.
If you love Nutella or Ferrero Rocher then this is definitely one for you. One bowl, straight in the oven and bake! It’s literally that easy.

I’m hoping these NEW NUTELLA FERRERO ROCHERS will be of interest to my followers too.

- 400 g Nutella warm up for 10-20 seconds in the microwave, just so it gets a tad runny.
- 3 whole eggs large in size
- 75 g plain flour
- 18 whole pieces Ferrero Rocher
Ingredients

- Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F and line a medium sized (roughly 8x8”) square baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the Nutella, eggs, and plain flour and mix thoroughly with a spatula. Make sure the Nutella is slightly runny so it’s easy to work with.
- Try not to over mix the batter but just enough so it’s combined.
- Pour the batter into the preprepared baking tray.
- Then grab roughly 9 Ferrero Rochers and evenly push them through the brownie batter deep inside.
- Bake the brownies for 22-25 minutes or until baked. The shorter time, the gooier the brownies will be.
- Once out of the oven, quickly press in your remainder Ferrero Rocher if you are using more, and leave to cool fully.
- Cut into 9 pieces and drizzle with a little Nutella (optional).
