When you’re on a low carb Keto diet, it’s so hard to avoid sweet treats especially at this time of the year. These Keto low carb brownies is just the thing to satisfy all your cravings! It’s a one bowl brownie recipe which you’ll make over and over again.

The deep chocolate rich texture, decadent and super fudgy! The perfect dessert for Keto chocolate lovers.

Ingredients
64g almond flour – known as grounded almonds. You can find this in the baking aisle. Just make sure it’s 100% almonds
96g erythritol or stevia granules – or any sweetener that you prefer
32g cocoa powder unsweetened – I used Dr. Oetker Fine 100% Dark Cocoa Powder

56g dark chocolate chips – I used Green & Black’s Organic Dark Chocolate – 85% Cacao and cut into pieces
130g unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 chunks of dark chocolate melted (optional for drizzling)

Instructions
  1. Grease a 8×8 inch baking dish with some butter or line with parchment paper
  2. In a microwave-able mixing bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate chips for 30-40 seconds or until melted.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, sweetener, cocoa powder, salt, almond flour and baking powder into the melted butter and chocolate bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined
  4. Transfer batter into your pre-prepared baking dish
  5. Bake in the oven for 18-20 mins on 180°C (350°F). Use a tooth pick to insert in the middle. If it comes out clean then it is ready.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely. Cut into 9 pieces and drizzle with some melted chocolate (optional). Enjoy!
