64g almond flour – known as grounded almonds. You can find this in the baking aisle. Just make sure it’s 100% almonds
96g erythritol or stevia granules – or any sweetener that you prefer
32g cocoa powder unsweetened – I used Dr. Oetker Fine 100% Dark Cocoa Powder
56g dark chocolate chips – I used Green & Black’s Organic Dark Chocolate – 85% Cacao and cut into pieces
130g unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 chunks of dark chocolate melted (optional for drizzling)
