Want to add a twist to your nuts? This is my perfect snack to munch on. Masala peanuts are so addictive and made simply with roasted peanuts tossed in a spicy chilli powder.

- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 250 g pink peanuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- pinch ground turmeric
- In a pan (on low heat) add olive oil and peanuts. Cook the peanuts by stiring constantly making sure the peanuts do not burn.
- Peanuts are done when the colour of the peanut skins are darker red and glossy. Take off the heat once fully roasted.
- Add the salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well. The peanuts should be fully coated with the spices.
- Cool completely before enjoying!
