One meal whether it’s for breakfast or lunch that my girls absolutely love is my quick and easy 4 ingredient banana pancake recipe.

It’s so simple to put together and your children can also help you with the preparations before you start cooking them.

This recipe is super healthy and goes down a treat!

Instructions
  1. Add the banana, eggs, rolled oats and cinnamon into a hand blender.
  2. Blitz together until all ingredients are combined
  3. Melt the butter in a pan
  4. Pour the mixture into small portions onto a heated pan
  5. Serve and enjoy!
