Peanut butter cookies – 4 ingredients!

These cookies are very simple to make. With any type of baking, I love to get my kids involved so, this is one recipe that we always make together.

It’s a great afternoon snack or can even be a pudding for after dinner.

My eldest loves peanut butter so this recipe is for all you peanut lovers out there.

Peanut Butter Cookies
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees
  2. Beat the egg with a whisk in a medium bowl
  3. Add peanut butter, coconut flower and sugar and whisk until all ingredients are incorporated together
  4. On a baking tray cut a large piece of greaseproof paper. Drop tablespoon fulls of dough onto the prepared sheets. Roughly 2” apart
  5. Lightly press the top of each cookie with a fork, making a crosshatch pattern
  6. Bake cookies until golden brown for 10–12 minutes
  7. Transfer to a wire rack and let the cookies cool down before eating.
