These biscuits are very easy to put together, the dough is extra soft but when baked they are perfectly soft but crispy on the outside. Make these for the kiddies, they will love them! I drizzled mine in milk chocolate, but that’s optional.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 200 g condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 5-6 chunks melted milk chocolate optional to drizzle on top

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 C and line a cookie tray with parchment paper.
- Beat together the butter and sugar with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
- Add the flour and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
- Place tablespoonfuls of cookie dough about 2 inches apart on the lined cookie tray.
- Bake for 12- 15 minutes until the sides are golden brown.
- Cool on sheet for 2-3 minutes and then completely on a wire rack.
- Once the biscuits are totally cool, drizzle some melted chocolate on top then enjoy!
