Ingredients:
- 1 batch of Keto Brownies – KETO BROWNIES
- 40g desiccated coconut
- Pinch of green food colouring
- Easter decorations (optional)
Steps
- Prepare and bake the brownies, let them cool completely.
- In a small bowl add the desiccated coconut and green colouring. Mix until the colour is coated over the coconut and set aside.
- Crumble the cooled brownies into a glass of your choice. Repeat process until you have the desired amount of glasses prepared.
- Top the glasses with the green desiccated coconut and decorate with easter themed edibles! Enjoy!
