  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees c. Line a square baking tray with grease proof paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour coconut sugar and baking powder (breaking up all lumps in the flours).
  3. Add the water/almond milk and stir until blended.
  4. Press the dough firmly and evenly into the prepared baking pan, smooth on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Cut into squares.
  7. Option to drizzle dark chocolate once the blondies are totally cool.
