Coconut is the main ingredient, they’re naturally sweet and melt in your mouth. With this recipe you can get the children involved too, you will see my daughter taking the lead in this video. She loves to help in the kitchen.
These biscuits will go down a treat. Perfect as a snack or dessert.

- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oat flour made from grinded rolled oats (OPTIONAL gluten free oats)
- 1 egg medium

- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees
- Line your baking tray with baking paper and set aside
- In a bowl, whisk egg using an electric whisk
- Add oat flour, desiccated coconut, honey and stir until all ingredients are well combined
- Scoop out the mixture with your hands and flatten the biscuits
- Place on pre-prepared baking tray
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes until golden brown
This recipe is perfect for a dessert (pair with vanilla ice cream) or snack.
Make this recipe gluten free by substituting the rolled oats for gluten free rolled oats.
