Broccoli

Broccoli is a green plant from the cabbage family. It’s referred as “plant power” with good levels of protein. folate, manganese, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins C and K (34).

My simple stir fry recipe with broccoli – all you need is stir fry/sesame oil, salt (Himalayan crushed preferably) and garlic.

Warm up the oil in a wok, add washed broccoli pieces and let it cook for 2-3 mins, tossing in between. Once you see the flavour releasing from the broccoli, it’ll start to chargrill a little, add salt and chopped garlic. Keep mixing until well combined and cooked.

Enjoy a nice side or a big plate for lunch 🙂
