18g cream cheese
Rose syrup 2 tablespoons
In a bowl add the cream cheese and microwave for 10 seconds.
Add the sugar and keep mixing until the consistency is like frosting
Add the double cream and milk slowly and keep stirring
Lastly add the rose syrup and give it a final mix
Pour the mixture into the ice cream tub, cover and freeze for 24 hours
Remove from the freezer and insert into the Ninja Ice Cream maker.
Select the ‘ice cream’ function and watch it turn into your treat.
