Sorbets are light, refreshing and a dairy free way to enjoy a frozen treat. I made a passionfruit sorbet using my NEW favourite kitchen gadget by @ninjakitchenuk
This recipe is super simple with 3 ingredients:
210ml warm water 60°C-70°C
50g caster sugar
180g fresh passionfruit pulp
Simply fill a tub with ingredients, freeze overnight and churn to perfection in minutes. At the touch of a button, the rotating paddle churns your frozen base into texture perfection in minutes!
Steps:
In a bowl mix together the water and sugar until dissolved
Add the passionfruit pulp and mix
Pour the mixture in tub, cover and freeze for 24 hours
Remove tub from freezer, remove lid and place into the Ninja Ice Cream maker
Select the ’sorbet’ function and watch it turn into your treat
