Watermelon juice is simple to make, the fruit itself has a lot of water content, around 92%. It’s high in vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber and potassium. Naturally sweet so no added sweeteners in this recipe.

Instructions
  1. Cut the inside of a watermelon into chucks removing as many seeds as you can
  2. Place the chunks into a blender and liquidise
  3. Once the juice is ready, squeeze half a lime into the juice and blend for a further 5 seconds
  4. Serve over ice
