Prawn and pineapple skewers
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients. Once the prawns and pineapple have been covered in spices, put them through the wooden skewers. Then let it set in the fridge for at least two hours. The spices will soak into the prawns and pineapple pieces.
In a griddle, pour some cooking oil and let it heat for a few seconds.
Adding a skewer at a time, let it cook on each side until you see the prawn turning slightly brown and cooked.
Repeat for all the skewers.
