Instructions
  1. Cut the okra into thin long slices and keep it aside
  2. Add garlic chilli ginger paste, chilli powder, salt, oil and water into a bowl and mix to create a paste.
  3. Add the sliced okra into the paste. Mix well to ensure okra is nicely coated.
  4. In another bowl add the gram flour and cornflour. Mix well and pour onto the okra mix, coat well.
  5. Grease your air fryer well and add the seasoned okra to it then spray with cooking oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, keep checking in-between. If you are oven baking these, just line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the seasoned okra, spray them with cooking oil. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes (180°C / 350°F) until crispy.
  6. Serve with mayo and sprinkle with a little extra chaat masala.
