Note – To make thicker pancakes, use a pancake pan and add more batter.

Lemon Cream & Raspberry Pancakes - only 3 ingredients
Instructions
  1. Place the cream cheese, eggs and sweetener in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Lightly grease a non stick pan and drop 2 tablespoons of batter. The consistency is thin so make sure the pan is hot.
  3. Flip the pancakes and cook on each side 30-60 seconds or until cooked.
  4. Fill with your favourite toppings.
