Passion Fruit Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

• 25 ml gin of your choice
• 50 ml passion fruit concentrated drink
• 25 ml bitter lemon
• Soda Water, for topping
• ½  fresh passion fruit pulp to garnish
• Handful ice

Instructions

1. Fill half your Copa glass with ice then add gin, passion fruit concentrated drink and lemon bitters. Top with soda water and stir to combine.
2. Optionally, cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the inside with a spoon. Place the pulp onto the top of the cocktail. Serve immediately.
