Ingredients
- 100 g organic coconut flour by Wholesome Fine Foods
- 100 g almond flour
- 270 ml double cream
- 150 g granulated sweetener of your choice I used Erythritol Gold by NKD Living
- 3 tablespoons organic Pure Ayurvedic Ghee by Wholesome Fine Foods
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- pinch saffron strands soaked in a teaspoon of almond milk

Instructions
- Dry roast the coconut flour and almond flour until golden brown in the pan. Be sure to keep the flame low, so it doesn't burn.
- Add the ghee, nutmeg, cardamom and soaked saffron strands. Mix well on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly stir in the double cream and sweetener. Keep mixing until all the ingredients are combined and the sweetener has dissolved into the fudge.
- Remove from heat and spread onto greased pan (optional garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios and rose petals) and pat down. Let the fudge cool down completely.
- Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
