This tart is simple, classic and undeniably amazing! Rich, plain chocolate with crisp caramel Aero chunks. To die for right? It’s the perfect dessert for a dinner party and so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 350 g digestives biscuits
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 150 g melted butter
- 300 ml double cream
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter

Instructions
- Crush your biscuits into fine crumbs and then mix in cocoa powder until combined.
- Pour the 150g melted butter into the crushed biscuits and mix together in a bowl.
- Press the biscuit mixture into a loose bottom tart tin. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
- For the filling - heat the double cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from the heat and add in both chocolates and butter. Stir continuously until it’s all melted, combined and creamy.
- Pour the filling into the tart shell. Lightly crush 8-10 pieces of Aero caramel and sprinkle over the top of the tart. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
