Nutella cookies… yummm, who wants one of these?! These Nutella cookies are just SUPER easy to make – just 4 ingredients.

All you need is Nutella, an egg, self raising flour and chocolate chips. You will be left with that freshly baked cookie smell in your kitchen.

Chewy, crunchy and sooo chocolatey is how these taste.

I make these often with my little girls, they love to bake with me.

TIP – If you are on a Gluten Free diet you can switch the flour to GF Self Raising and it will work just the same!

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 160°C and measure out your ingredients
  2. Add the Nutella in a bowl
  3. Add the egg and mix well so it is well combined
  4. Add in the self raising flour and mix really well. You may need to use your hands to do the final binding. Keep mixing until all the flour is combined.
  5. Make round balls and slightly flatten them to add add a chocolate chip to the middle. Continue until all the mixture is used up.
  6. Put the cookies into the oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Let them cool completely because they will be super soft at first.
  8. Enjoy!
