So easy, just one main mixing bowl to the BEST chocolate chip banana bread!

Ingredients
- 185 g plain flour
- 4 medium bananas ripe
- 100 g sugar or any sweetener you prefer
- 75 g butter melted
- 1 egg beaten
- 85 g chocolate chips i used a mixture of dark chopped chocolate and some chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F).
- In a bowl, add the bananas and mash until smooth. Add in the melted butter and using an electric mixer whip until well combined.
- Add the sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour, and mix by hand/electric until the batter is smooth.
- Add in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
