This buffalo baked cauliflower recipe is also another one of my simples. A great starter to any dish. Even whip these up quickly for a nice snack. It’s vegan, healthy and baked.
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 heaped tablespoon of cornflour
– 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
– 1 head of cauliflower florets
– 4 table spoons of buffalo sauce (or to taste)
– Spray oil
– Pre-heat oven to 200c and cook for 20 minutes
