Paneer is my go-to when I’m having a veggie day. It’s so yummy, low in carbs and you can have it as a substitute to meat. My recipe only has 3 ingredients, perfect for when you want to whip something up.
Ingredients:
– 200g paneer cubed
– 1 medium red pepper sliced
– 2 tablespoons of light soya sauce
– 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
– Glug of cooking oil
– 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
– Chopped coriander to garnish
