Ingredients
- 2 whole avocados
- ¼ cup onion diced
- ¼ cup tomatoes diced
- 1 medium red chilli sliced into circles
- 3-4 cloves crushed or chopped garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- handful fresh chopped cilantro
- handful fresh chopped basil
- juice from ½ lemon/lime

Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the avocado out of the skin and place in a mixing bowl.
- Using a fork, mash the avocado until it rich and creamy. You can make your guacamole as smooth or chunky as you’d like.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy!
