- 350 ml almond milk I used the brand Plenish
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- grind black pepper
