Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons stevia sweetener
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted melted
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ¼ cup stevia sweetener
- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- For the donuts:
- Add the eggs and stevia into a bowl and whisk
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to form a dough
- Bake the donuts 180°C/350°F in a baking donut tray for 10-12 minutes. Alternatively use a donut maker.and cook for 4-5 minutes. Or until golden brown.
- For the glaze:
- In shallow saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk.
- Let cook on medium heat for five minutes while whisking constantly until glaze boils.
- Assemble:
- Once the donuts are slightly cooled on a wire rack, drop in pan of hot glaze and coat both sides completely.
- Repeat until all donuts are coated.
- Once the donuts cool the glaze will harden making a crunchy top.
