  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Knead dough for about 2-3 minutes. All the spices should be mixed into the dough so you can see it throughout.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C
  4. Keep the dough in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
  5. After taking out of the fridge, knead again for a minute.
  6. Either make round balls from the dough and flatten slightly, then place on a baking tray. Or roll the dough out on a floured surface and use a cookie cutter to make shapes.
  7. Place all the cookies on a tray and bake for 20 minutes (middle shelf).
  8. Once the cookies have slightly browned in colour, remove and let them cool completely.
  9. Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
