Knead dough for about 2-3 minutes. All the spices should be mixed into the dough so you can see it throughout.
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Keep the dough in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
After taking out of the fridge, knead again for a minute.
Either make round balls from the dough and flatten slightly, then place on a baking tray. Or roll the dough out on a floured surface and use a cookie cutter to make shapes.
Place all the cookies on a tray and bake for 20 minutes (middle shelf).
Once the cookies have slightly browned in colour, remove and let them cool completely.
