Instructions
  1. Bake/fry your chips (fries) according to the package directions. Remove from the oven.
  2. Pile the baked/fried chips into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with half the grated cheese (100g), peppers, jalapeños, spring onions and taco seasoning. Then sprinkle the remainder (100g) of cheese as the top layer. Grill briefly until the cheese has melted.
  4. Top with sour cream, salsa, nacho sauce and guacamole, then serve immediately. Enjoy!
