For all of you chocolate-loving #vegans out there, the answer is YES! Chocolate can be VEGAN. HiP is plant powered – so creamy and delicious, can literally gobble it up in minutes. In 4 different flavours – Smooth & Creamy, Cookies NO Cream, Salted Caramel and Salty Pretzels. After enjoying the bars, we came up with a delicious vegan treat made using HiP!

Instructions
  1. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two opposite sides.
  2. Melt the HiP chocolate and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring regularly, until thin and glistening.
  3. Immediately add the rice pops and stir until evenly coated. Transfer the chocolate mixture to the prepared pan and use a spatula to spread in an even layer.
  4. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 1 hour.
  5. Lift the chocolate slab out of the dish and cut into desirable pieces. Enjoy!
