Green Chutney

Green Chutney

Green Chutney is something my mum makes quite often to accompany our home cooked meals. It is a very well known Indian condiment. Fresh, full of flavour and super healthy with simple clean ingredients.

The recipe requires fresh coriander, fresh mint leaves, red chilli, garlic, salt, a little water and lemon juice.

This chutney is so versatile that it can be used for most things like salad dressings, dipping sauce, spread for sandwiches and anything else you like to add a little kick 🌶 to.

My green chutney recipe is low carb, gluten free and vegan too.
