Crunchy Peanut Butter Bars
Instructions
  1. Add almond flour into a dry pan. Keep stirring until the almond flour is golden brown, remove into a bowl set aside.
  2. In the pan on low heat add butter, peanut butter and sweetener, keep stirring until combined and melted.
  3. Slowly add the golden almond flour and keep mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Once frozen, cut the dough into squares and re-freeze until chocolate glaze is ready.
  6. In a saucepan (low heat) add chocolate pieces, coconut oil and melt until silky and smooth. Dip each dough square into the chocolate and place on a lined baking tray.
  7. Add crushed peanuts on top or add into the melted chocolate glaze. Refrigerate and enjoy once the chocolate has set.
