Biscoff Croissants

Biscoff Croissants

It’s been a while since I’ve experimented with Lotus Biscoff. For those of you who want the background – Lotus Biscoff is a caramel flavoured cookie spread. It’s so creamy and super yummy. This time i’ve combined the cookie spread with freshly baked croissants.

These buttery, flaky, melt in your mouth, Lotus Biscoff filled croissants make an extremely delectable dessert. Indulge in these delicious pastries, glazed with cookie spread and covered with Lotus Biscoff biscuit crumbs.

I used frozen, ready to bake croissants for this. Literally put these goodies together in 30 minutes. All you need is some croissants, Biscoff spread and Biscoff cookie crumbs.
