Whipping cream
vanilla extract
Baileys Original – this is the main flavour
Handful chocolate chopped – optional for garnishing
Mint leaves for garnishing – optional
I opted out of adding sweetener as I find Bailey’s has the right amount. If you’d like a sweeter version add 1-2 tablespoons of icing sugar to the whipping cream.

- 150 ml whipping cream
- 50 ml Baileys Original
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar to make sweeter - optional
- handful chopped chocolate garnishing - optional
- handful mint leaves garnishing - optional

Instructions
- Add whipping cream into a bowl and whisk for 3-5 minutes, until soft peaks. At this point, if you would like to add a sweetener, do this before you start whisking.
- Once you have soft peaks, grab a spatula and fold in the vanilla extract and Baileys
- Scoop mixture into your glasses and garnish with chocolate and mint leaves!
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight, for best results.
