3 simple ingredients – whipping cream, Baileys and vanilla extract.

So easy to make – here’s what goes in

Ingredients
Whipping cream
vanilla extract
Baileys Original – this is the main flavour
Handful chocolate chopped – optional for garnishing
Mint leaves for garnishing – optional


I opted out of adding sweetener as I find Bailey’s has the right amount. If you’d like a sweeter version add 1-2 tablespoons of icing sugar to the whipping cream.

Instructions
  1. Add whipping cream into a bowl and whisk for 3-5 minutes, until soft peaks. At this point, if you would like to add a sweetener, do this before you start whisking.
  2. Once you have soft peaks, grab a spatula and fold in the vanilla extract and Baileys
  3. Scoop mixture into your glasses and garnish with chocolate and mint leaves!
  4. Chill in the refrigerator overnight, for best results.
