  1. Take the butter and honey and whisk until smooth
  2. Add the flour, salt and cinnamon and mix again
  3. Be light when mixing as the dough can become very soft
  4. Take some dough and make a round ball then place it into a pan. Place it over a baking tray lined with baking sheet
  5. Press gently using a fork
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  7. You can store butter cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
