These homemade cookies are the BEST! The extra special Raffaello ingredient helps deepens the coconut flavour by adding a tasty crunch.

- 225 g butter softened
- 110 g caster sugar
- 275 g plain flour
- 75 g milk chocolate chunks/chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. Cream the butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until soft. Add the sugar and keep beating until the mixture is light and fluffy. Sift in the flour into the bowl. Bring the mixture together until it forms a dough.
- Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them slightly apart from each other on a baking sheet. Flatten the balls slightly and place a Raffaello ball in the middle of each cookie and gently press down.
- Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 mins until they are golden brown and slightly firm on top. Leave the cookies on a cooling rack for around 15 mins before enjoying.
