Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 whole sweet mango cut into cubes
- 1 small green pepper cut into cubes
- 1 medium chilli cut into circles
- 1 small tomato cut in cubes
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- handful coriander chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Rinse and drain chickpeas in cold water and add to a large bowl.
- Cut mango, green pepper and chilli into small pieces, chop coriander finely and add to chickpeas.
- Add oil, lemon juice salt and pepper to the salad and mix well together. Enjoy!
