Homemade Vegan Eggnog

This family friendly creamy festive drink tastes just like Christmas, perfect drink for the festive month. You will love it!

The main ingredient used is Schwartz mixed spice, a warm sweet balanced flavour of all the spices needed in this drink – cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger.

This is a non-alcoholic version, if you prefer a boozy eggnog just add a few drops of rum.

Ingredients
180ml almond milk – you can use any plant based milk oat, cashew, hemp, rice or soy!
2 drops vanilla extract – this adds the extra flavour
1 teaspoon Schwartz mixed spice – the perfect blend
1/2 teaspoon of sweeter – use any of your choice, can also use stevia if you are on a low carb diet
Rum – OPTIONAL add a few drops to your serving glass

Steps
– Add all the ingredients into a blender
– Blend for about 1-2 minutes until it’s foamy, and all the sugar has dissolved
– Transfer into a saucepan and heat for 2-3 minutes
– Serve in a pretty glass with a sprinkle of mixed spice
