Once you try these homemade bounty bars you’ll never buy them again. A rich dark chocolate shell and sweet coconut filling, these easy coconut bars taste just like the real thing!

Instructions
  1. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.


  2. In a mixing bowl, add all your ingredients, except for the chocolate. Mix well until combined. Transfer into the lined loaf pan and spread out evenly using a rubber spatula.
  3. Place the loaf pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the loaf pan from the freezer and cut it up into desirable bars. Place back in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate. Remove the coconut bars from the freezer and dip each bar in the chocolate until completely covered. Repeat until all the bars are covered, then refrigerate them until the chocolate has firmed up.
  6. Keep refrigerated for upto 1 week.
