Cookie Oreo Brownies

These stuffed cookie brownies are made for the Oreo obsessed chocolate lover! @bettycrocker works really well with this. Bottom layer chocolate chip, middle layer loaded with Oreos and the top is fudgy brownie – literally heaven in every bite.

Ingredients

• 1 box chocolate chip cookie mix I used Betty Crocker
• 1 box chocolate fudge brownie mix I used Betty Crocker
• 120 g oreos

Instructions

1. Line a medium square baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat oven 180°C./350°F.
2. In a bowl, prepare the chocolate chip cookie mix following the ingredients on the packet. Once the dough is ready spread evenly into the baking tray making the bottom layer.
3. Next, place Oreos side by side on top of the cookie dough.
4. In a bowl, prepare the brownie mix following the ingredients on the packet. Once ready, place this as the top layer. Press down firmly.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let the cookie brownies cool completely before cutting into 9 squares. Enjoy!
