Chilli & Garlic Kale Crisps (Chips)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, chilli, garlic granules and sea salt.
  3. Put the kale (washed and dried) in a large bowl and massage the mixture into the leaves.
  4. Spread the leaves out into the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes (or until crisp), checking carefully that the kale doesn’t burn.
