Kale is a superfood, rich in nutrients and packed full of flavour. This snack is spicy, crispy and a healthier alternative to traditional potato crisps.

- 200 g Tesco Finest Cavolo Nero Kale
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix together the olive oil, chilli, garlic granules and sea salt.
- Put the kale (washed and dried) in a large bowl and massage the mixture into the leaves.
- Spread the leaves out into the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes (or until crisp), checking carefully that the kale doesn’t burn.
