Truffle Arancini – Fried rice balls with truffle and Parmesan. Perfectly crisp with a soft inside. Easy to gobble them up in one go!
Corgette Flower – Fried courgette flowers, truffled honey, mint, pine nut salad and lemon ricotta. I have never tasted anything like this. Crispy Corgette flowers with a delicious salad, compliments eachother well.
Harry’s Tagliolini- Gratinated tagliolini pasta with truffle, Parmesan and cream. Full of cheesy delight, the flavours were incredible.
Truffled Chicken – Roast half-chicken served in a creamy mascarpone truffle sauce, sautéed mushrooms, parsley and garlic. The chicken roasted well and cooked through nicely. The sauce was creamy with the right amount of garlic. The sauce is so tasty that we wanted more!
Harry’s Toadstool – White chocolate, fresh raspberries, mascarpone mousse, iced vanilla parfait and pistachio biscotti crunch served with warm pistachio sauce. The best til last. The most popular dessert – crafted beautifully and a total joy to eat.
