Ingredients
- Glug of Olive oil
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 gloves of garlic minced
- handful of coriander
Directions
- Step 1 Chop the garlic cloves and coriander in the mixer until it is a thick paste consistency
- Step 2 Wash and prepare your fish (preferably cod) on foil
- Step 3 Add a glug of olive oil over the fish, then paprika, salt and black pepper
- Step 4 Spread the chopped garlic and coriander mixture over the fish
- Step 5 Turn the fish and repeat the steps on the other side
- Step 6 Fold the fish carefully into a parcel. Make sure the sides are secure to prevent leakage during cooking
- Step 7 In your Instant Pot / Pressure King Pro add 1 large cup of water into the bowl. Secure the steam rack and place the foil parcel on top. Make sure the foil is secure on the rack
- Step 8 Carefully close the lid (turn the vent to sealing to prevent steam from escaping) and set the pot to ‘STEAM mode’ and set the time for 6 minutes
- Step 9 After 6 minutes, let the pressure naturally release from the pot
- Step 10 Be very careful opening the lid and please make sure all the pressure has escaped from the pot. Take out the foil parcel and carefully open. Use OVEN GLOVES to avoid steam going onto your hands
- Step 11 Serve and enjoy!
