Spicy masala peanuts
In a pan (on low heat) add olive oil and peanuts. Cook the peanuts by stiring constantly making sure the peanuts do not burn.
Peanuts are done when the colour of the peanut skins are darker red and glossy. Take off the heat once fully roasted.
Add the salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix well. The peanuts should be fully coated with the spices.
Cool completely before enjoying!
