Nutty Chocolate Crunch
  1. Crush the walnuts and almonds in a chopper and put aside into a bowl.
  2. Blend the dates into a paste with ghee and water.  
  3. Add to dates paste into the nuts mixture and mix well.
  4. Then add the desiccated coconut until a thick dough is formed.
  5. Place mixture in a greased plate, press it to pack it tightly and leave to set for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the set mixture.
  7. Melt the white chocolate and swirl it into the milk chocolate to make a design.
  8. Leave to set overnight in the fridge.
  9. Cut into slices and enjoy!
