Instructions
Crush the walnuts and almonds in a chopper and put aside into a bowl.
Blend the dates into a paste with ghee and water.
Add to dates paste into the nuts mixture and mix well.
Then add the desiccated coconut until a thick dough is formed.
Place mixture in a greased plate, press it to pack it tightly and leave to set for 10-15 minutes.
Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the set mixture.
Melt the white chocolate and swirl it into the milk chocolate to make a design.
Leave to set overnight in the fridge.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
