Instructions
  1. Place the GaiaMeal, spelt flour, salt, sweetener and yeast into a bowl and mix until combined. Slowly add the milk and butter, gently mix into a fluffy dough.
  2. Set the dough aside to prove for 1 hour. The dough will have risen slightly.
  3. Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Tip the dough out onto a floured work surface and divide into 6 equal sized pieces. Roll each piece into a neat ball and place onto a parchment lined baking tray, set 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and carefully apply a thin layer of the strawberry glaze.
  6. Set the buns aside and allow to cool completely.
  7. Add the vanilla frosting into a piping bag. Make a cross shape onto the buns and enjoy!
