These quick 3 ingredient clusters are the perfect snack to satisfy your sugar cravings. The chickpeas are dry-roasted crispy, crunchy and low-fat. Made of just 3 ingredients – chickpeas, sweetener and dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
– 400g chickpeas – I used a can of chickpeas
– 1 heaped tablespoon sweetener of your choice
– 90g dark chocolate – I used @greenandblacks 85% Dark Chocolate Bar 🍫
This recipe is vegan (check the chocolate brand) and gluten free.
The recipe makes 6-8 clusters.

- 400 g chickpeas a entire can
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 90 g dark chocolate melted - I used Green & Blacks 85% Dark Chocolate Bar

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, place on a baking tray with parchment paper and sprinkle sweetener and mix.
- Roast in oven for 25 minutes (180°C) or until crunchy; let cool on tray
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl and add the roasted chickpeas. Mix to coat.
- On a new piece of parchment paper, dollop 1 tablespoon of mixture in rows. Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
