Happy Chinese New Year Wishes!
Sticky Sesame Cauliflower is loaded with a sesame flavour and spice. The perfect dish when to celebrate todays celebration – oriental style!

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower head - cut into florets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ tablespoon sesame oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce gluten free
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey or vegan alternative
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- Handful spring onions chopped
- White and black sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions
- Cauliflower steps: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cauliflower steps: Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Cauliflower steps: Remove from oven and set aside
- Sauce: Whilst the cauliflower is baking, combine all the sauce ingredients (minus cornstarch and ¼ water) in a small saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Sauce: Whisk cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add it to the simmering sauce.
- Sauce: Cook until the sauce thickens another 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble: Once the cauliflower is ready, toss it in with the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
