Fake-away Sticky Sesame Cauliflower
Instructions
  1. Cauliflower steps: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cauliflower steps: Season the cauliflower with salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Cauliflower steps: Remove from oven and set aside
  4. Sauce: Whilst the cauliflower is baking, combine all the sauce ingredients (minus cornstarch and ¼ water) in a small saucepan and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Sauce: Whisk cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add it to the simmering sauce.
  6. Sauce: Cook until the sauce thickens another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Assemble: Once the cauliflower is ready, toss it in with the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
